Project Traffic! Part 1
- Submit articles to the Top Article Directories . Optimize your main keywords and fully mazimise your resource box with anchor text and link backs
- Leave quality comments on other’s blogs.Value add with your expertise. Done correctly are the appropriate sites, you will get backlinks to your own sites
- Participate in Forums of your niches. Find relevant niche forums by doing a Google search of forums of your niche. Be seen as an authority when participating.
- Submit your posts to Social sites. Do active Social Bookmarking to generate exposure and backlinks.
- Create social bookmarking icons on your blog for your readers’ convenience.
- Submit a Press Release if you have a new site or something very unique to offer your niche market. PRWeb is the authority site.
- Submit your site to Website Directories like DMOZ, Google Directory, Librarian’s Internet Index, Yahoo (paid), Ezilon(paid) etc. You may also search to submit your site relevant to your niche(s)
- Submit articles to Blog Carnivals . But ensure that your articles are of top quality anchor or lead articles.
- Advertise your website in Craigslist . Remember to choose the relevant category.
- Do Joint Ventures with partners to co-drive your web traffic
- Buy or Trade Ad Space with your niche collaborators
- Use Offline Advertising to drive traffic to your online site.
- RSS your blog, Ping your blog, Tag your blog & Enhance the powess of your blog.
Understand that some of the above traffic driving tools are more effective than others depending on a variety of factors such as the nature of your niche business, your site, and the purchasing behavior of your niche target segments.
Note that this may be a short post, but if you put some effort into applying of some suggested activities, you’ve got a lot on your hands.
