You are a webmaster and you own, run and maintain an internet based business which requires constant streams of articles and posts. We all know the important role of articles in the generation of traffic, back links, viral effects of great articles and potential revenues.

Project Traffic! Part 6 aims to help you lighten that load of having to keep creating articles from scratch giving you much more resources to work with, totally white hat tactics and could even gives your subject matter new perspectives.

We all know and I shan’t reiterate too much the benefits of article marketing for your sites. We proceed to explore the various resources which you could tap upon for your article writing.

Research shows that about 70% of people do not like writing. The paradox is that Internet marketers who are more technically savvy are most of the time only savvy with writing about the technical aspect of Internet Marketing and that is why there is so much information on all facets of internet marketing. This opens up a great deal of gaps for the marketers to explore with Internet marketing, having learnt the skills of what drives internet marketing for the tech savvy.

Most internet marketers, regardless of how creative and efficient you are in writing, will eventually, at some time, somehow, face writer’s block or run out of topics to write. And this is more so if you are a lone webmaster, surviving only on your own resources. Plagiarism or copying of other articles is frowned upon and could easily get you into trouble, worst case scenario; a hefty fine and jail time.

Here we shall show you a few proven options.

Get Free Articles from Public Domain
The first place to look at for free articles is the public domain. Here you won’t face problems with copyright infringement and the following penalties and fines if you get caught for plagiarism.

Public domain articles are articles freely given to the public for public use. You can do whatever you want with it. You can place it on your site, name it as yours, or include it in a newsletter. It is of course critical that you choose articles that are extremely relevant to your site.

The downside to public domain articles is that since it is free for everybody, many of your competitors may have access to them as well. Hence, you need to customize the free resources by editing the information to suit your niche target readers. Remember to populate them with relevant keywords or keyword phrased suited to your site theme and subject matter.

Invite Submissions To Your Site
Allowing webmasters of other sites which has similar online niches as yours to submit articles to your site could enhance the "flavor" of your site. It gives a different perspective to the theme. If your submissions are by authority figures in your niche, you will surely generate a greater amount of traffic to your site too.

This approach should only be used to augment your existing content or else all your articles would be leading to other sites since these articles would have resource boxes with them that could link or direct the readers to their site. This is one drawback, another is that you have absolutely no control over the quality and more importantly the main keywords so critical in driving organic search to your site.

Get a Good Ghost Writer
There are many article writers who do part time and freelance article writing jobs that charges only minimal fees. You should clearly brief your freelance ghost writers on your requirements namely, the subject matter, niche target audience, main and related keywords and keyword phrases you need and what your target audience people search for.

Make sure you hold copyrights to them and you will be able to use them anyway you want. Remember to run them through Copyscape to ensure that your commissioned articles are really originals. Check through google search in the first 5 pages for authenticity. Do the above before you accept the articles.
